"Volunteers mean everything to VIM! VIM provides health care at no cost because the physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses are all volunteers. Our volunteers also perform administrative duties like answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and data entry. In 2005, volunteers spent over 10,000 hours at the Clinic helping the estimated 120,000 people in Jacksonville who have a job but no health insurance." Catie Wallace Volunteer Coordinator
